Executive Assistant


  • Require a minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, and high-accountability work environment.
  • Ability to plan and organize in advance as well as adjust very quickly to any change that might need to be made.
  • Ability to perform strategic planning and to execute projects successfully.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on volunteer and staff interaction.
  • High-level networking and relational strengths.
  • Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to self-evaluate, seek & respond to constructive feedback, and maintain self-awareness at all times.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
  • Proficient typing, grammar & spelling skills
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
  • Must be actively and consistently engaged in groups, serving, & tithing.


  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls and emails
  • Receive and direct guests
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, fax and mailing
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Handle requests for information and data; including creation of reports
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
  • Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings as needed
