Campus Worship Leader

A full-time, campus Worship Leader, assigned to a specific Lifepoint Campus, responsible for carrying and maintaining the vision and culture of Lifepoint within the hallways set by the Central Department into a campus team.

Qualifications:

  • Musical proficiency necessary to lead a team of skilled musicians.
  • Team Leading experience.
  • Specialized skilled set necessary to drive central responsibility.
  • Able thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, and high-accountability work environment.
  • Able to plan in advance as well as adjust very quickly to any change.
  • Able to train and develop teams with an emphasis on team health and growth for campus expansion.
  • Ability to self-evaluate as well receive and respond positively to constructive feedback.
  • Must be actively and consistently engaged in groups, serving, & tithing.

 

Central Responsibilities:

  • A Full-Time employee will be assigned to oversee on-going central tasks as well as central projects for the department. Those tasks and projects will be assigned on a case-by-case basis based upon trust, skill-set and area of interest.

 

Employment Status:

  • Full-Time40-55 hr/wk

Requirements:

  • Campus Role Lead worship at assigned Lifepoint Church campus.
  • Recruit, develop, resource and train volunteers to serve on campus worship team.
  • Develop volunteer worship leaders to lead worship at Lifepoint Church experiences.
  • Develop volunteer leadership to promote community and care amongst campus team.
  • Schedule worship team for all Weekend Worship Experiences at campus.
  • Support campus activities with worship upon request.
  • Host a regular rehearsal
  • Manage campus worship budget that will be assigned by quarter by Executive Team and Business office.
  • All other Duties as assigned
