Just yourself! A notebook and weather-appropriate clothing for indoor and outdoor experiences are also recommended.

No, we do not plan to broadcast the sessions online. We believe that Flavour will have the most powerful impact on your life when you experience it in the room alongside other women. We truly hope you will make the decision to attend in-person!
We would love for you to bring your daughter with you to the conference! Our recommended age for girls to begin attending the conference experience with their moms or another supervising adult is 12 years and older. Please note that for safety reasons minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the conference.
Your baby is welcome at Flavour! The Nursing Mother’s Room will be open throughout the conference where you and your baby (newborn-one year) can sit back, relax, and share the conference sessions on screen with other moms!
We will offer open seating throughout the conference. With that in mind, we recommend you arrive early to secure your seat.
