Lifepoint Church is seeking a Bookkeeper within our Finance Office. This person will be directly responsible for overseeing the daily functions of Accounts Payable.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Strong written communication skills
  • A college degree in a business-related field OR minimum of 2-years of professional experience in a financial or administrative role is preferred
  • A basic understanding of accounting is preferred, but not required

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process all payments and expenditures including contractor payroll, invoices, and wires
  • Management of the organization’s online merchandise sales platform
  • Print physical paper checks for associates as needed to pay vendors
  • In addition to the Accounts Payable responsibilities, this position will also assist with other Finance Office functions, including but not limited to:
    • Processing expense reports
    • Performing banking activities
    • Organizational purchasing
    • Financial reporting
  • Other duties as assigned

Direct-Line Reports to Director of Finance

Full Time, Monday – Friday
