BUSINESS MANAGER

 

This position serves as the primary Business representative between Lifepoint Church and its related extensions, which includes Lifepoint College, Lifepoint Family Churches, and any other DBAs or subsidiaries controlled by Lifepoint.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Strong written communication skills
  • A college degree in a business-related field
  • Candidates may substitute relevant work experience in lieu of degree

Attributes of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess a sound understanding of basic accounting procedures, budget planning, and various business functions. They must be integrous, reliable, organized, and have a high level of attention to detail. They will have a high capacity for accomplishing tasks with minimal supervision or direction and will be a forward-thinking individual with the ability to anticipate future needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate, implement, and monitor annual budgets
  • Produce, review, and distribute monthly financial reports
  • Oversee monthly submission of expense reports and payments
  • Run payroll for a small group of employees
  • Assist in setting annual tuition costs/fees for Lifepoint College
  • Oversee the collection of tuition/fees for Lifepoint College, to include invoicing and following up with student accounts and working with students to establish payment plans as necessary
  • Provide administrative support as necessary with regards to contract review, general correspondence, and project status updates
  • Liaison with property management company for leased properties owned by Lifepoint, to include communication and accounting reconciliations 
  • Other duties as assigned

Employment Status

Full Time, 45-50 hours per week, Monday – Friday
