Lifepoint College Recruiter

Lifepoint Church is seeking a self-motivated leader with high level people skills to serve as our Lifepoint College Recruiter. This person will be responsible to cultivate prospective student leads and manage the recruitment pipeline from initial inquiry through enrollment.

Qualifications

  • At minimum a 2 year degree in a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to converse with people and move them toward action
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, phone, and face to face interactions, are essential
  • Ability to develop relationships and rapport with students and their families
  • Must have the ability to use Microsoft Office products and equitable computer skill
  • Ability to use database software to track individuals through the recruitment process
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable as position requires travel

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Engage with Lifepoint College Leadership Team to develop and move forward the vision of Lifepoint College
  • Oversee Lifepoint College Student Ambassadors
  • Develop a recruiting pipeline to continuously engage potential students from middle school through college enrollment
  • Set and hit recruiting goals for Lifepoint College each academic year
  • Coordinate, promote, and execute Lifepoint College recruitment events
  • Utilize the Lifepoint College database to assist recruits in finalizing applications
  • Maximize use of social media to engage with potential students
  • Candidate is expected to work some nights and weekends as needed.

Reporting Relationships

Direct-Line Reports to Executive Director of Lifepoint College

 

Employment Status

  • Full Time, 40 hours per week, Sunday-Thursday
