DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION
Lifepoint College is seeking an individual who is passionate about the growth of Lifepoint College and its students, who are interested in supporting this growth through administrative systems and processes to support the day-to-day function of the College and its programs.

Qualifications
- Relevant Masters level or higher degree required
- 2-3+ years of relevant work experience
- Ability to create processes and systems through academic information systems
- Excellent communication skills, including written, phone, and face-to-face interactions
- Must have the ability to use Microscoft Office products and equitable computer skills
- Knowledge of Christian higher-education accreditation processes is preferred
- Familiarity with Slack and Monday communication systems preferred
Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain, establish, and manage key cards/access levels for college students, interns, contractors, and facilitators.
- Oversee issuing of name lanyards and parking decals for all students and interns.
- Manage email addresses for new students, facilitators, and dream team as needed with the support of Lifepoint IT
- Enable/disable student access to various platforms, such as Populi and Logos.
- Modify and manage leases for students in housing.
- Oversee Resident Assistant, annual inspections, and other concerns or maintenance requests.
- Submit and manage maintenance requests for all college facilitators
- Assist with hosting (travel, lodging, gifts, etc.) of guests of the college
- Communicate and ensure timely payment requirements of college to finance
- Oversee, obtain, and maintain student enrollment forms, feedback, incident reports, resolution forms, and transcript data.
- Ensure proper records are being kept as needed for accreditation and legal purposes.
