Executive Partner
Lifepoint Church is hiring an executive partner, a strategic-minded individual who will work closely with their direct report to help implement the vision of Lifepoint Church and Lifepoint College. They will provide a variety of support, including administrative, strategic, and project management. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and exercises good judgment in a variety of situations. Confidentiality is a must.

Qualifications
This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in assisting senior leaders or managing teams in comparable environments. Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Ministerial Leadership, or other related field is highly encouraged. Master’s work in Business or Biblical studies is a plus. The successful individual must have a proven track record of sound judgment and above-reproach character.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide executive level support, including general and administrative duties
- Represent their direct report on assigned projects to subordinate staff, external organizations, churches, and vendors
- Host guests as required
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, appointments, and arrangements
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Prepare project financial statements and manage associated budgets
- Prepare their direct report for associated project meetings
- Other duties as assigned
