KIDSPOINT DIRECTOR
Lifepoint Church is seeking a high-capacity leader to serve as Kidspoint Director for one of our campuses. This position is responsible for recruiting, training and growing team members and leaders for the Kidspoint Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading teams to grow and support children’s ministry.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience leading teams
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or other ministry degree preferred

Duties & Responsibilities
- Regularly recruit new team members and leaders for the Kidspoint Team.
- Shepherd and develop leaders within the Kidspoint department through regular one-to-one meetings and weekly communication.
- Schedule and facilitate regular training meetings and events for the Kidspoint leaders and teams.
- Lead Kidspoint team members to oversee all operational aspects leading up to and including weekend programming in Kidspoint.
- Cast vision to the Kidspoint Team in order to keep them energized about the vision of the church.
- Support the Campus Pastor and their vision for the campus.
- Review weekly reports pertaining to Kidspoint attendance, team member coverage, and team growth.
- Responsible for successfully implementing Kidspoint programming and meeting spiritual benchmark expectations.
- Coordinate baptism requests for children.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Kidspoint special events such as baptisms, weekend family events, and Baby Dedication.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Sunday-Thursday

- Direct-Line Reports to Campus Pastor
- Dotted line reports to Director of Kids
