Lifepoint Church is seeking a self-motivated leader with high-level people skills to serve as our Lifepoint College Recruiter. This person will be responsible for cultivating prospective student leads and managing the recruitment pipeline from initial inquiry through enrollment.

Qualifications

  • At minimum, a 2-year degree in a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, email, text, phone, and face to face interactions
  • Strong social media networking skills
  • Knowledge and experience with branded content creation across multiple social media platforms
  • Ability to positively influence individuals towards recruitment objectives
  • Ability to develop relationships and build rapport with students and their families
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office and related computer software programs
  • Ability to use database software to track candidates throughout the recruitment funnel, from awareness to enrollment
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable for travel requirements

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Engage with Lifepoint College Leadership Team to advance the vision of Lifepoint College
  • Lead the Lifepoint College Student Ambassadors program and develop student ambassadors
  • Improve the recruitment pipeline to continuously engage potential students through to enrollment
  • Establish incremental recruitment goals for each academic year, measure and report progress along the way, and ultimately achieve established objectives
  • Coordinate, promote, and execute Lifepoint College recruitment events, including VACRAO events and conferences
  • Partner with Lifepoint Church and Lifepoint Youth to establish college presence on Sundays, at monthly Youth Nights, Youth Conference, and at other church events
  • Maintain Lifepoint College’s social media channels to include scheduling a strategic content plan, sharing branded content, and engaging with potential recruits
  • Host college tours, preview days, and information sessions for recruits at Lifepoint College
  • Develop relationships and partner with local schools to recruit future students for Lifepoint College
  • Utilize the Lifepoint College database to assist recruits in finalizing applications
  • Other duties as assigned

Work Location

  • Lifepoint College, Fredericksburg VA
    • Some travel required

 

Reporting Relationships

  • Direct-Line Reports to Director of Enrollment

 

Employment Status

  • Full Time, 40 hours per week
  • Sunday – Thursday
