Kids Conference is for rising Kindergarteners through rising 6th graders for Fall semester 2025.
At Kids Conference we are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment that allows all children to access worship and ministry. Kidspoint+ exists to help children needing specific accommodations develop a genuine relationship with Jesus. We will provide a Kidspoint+ experience at the morning session of the Spotsylvania location this year. If you feel your child could benefit from this, please contact your campus Kidspoint Director.
Kids Conference is $40 per child.
Refunds are not available. Transfers are possible up to 30 days prior to Kids Conference, but please note the child receiving the transferred ticket may not receive a t-shirt since ordering is done by original registration information.
On the first day of Kids Conference, give yourself a few extra minutes to pick up your child’s conference bag and t-shirt, and help your child change into the t-shirt before completing check-in. They will be organized by last name. Then you will check your child in just like on a Sunday experience: the Welcome team will ask for a phone number or last name, print your child’s sticker out, which the child must wear on top of their conference t-shirt. You will be provided with the matching sticker for pick-up. Please note that a child may not be released to anyone if they do not present the pick-up sticker at check-out. You will then drop your child off at their grade-level meeting location (map provided at check-in), where you will return to for pick-up at the end of the conference that day.
Days 2 and 3 look very similar, with the exception of picking up the bag and t-shirt. If you did not attend day one, the bag and t-shirt will be available for you at the Help Desk.
Childcare will not be provided. Check-in begins promptly at 8:30am for the daytime sessions, and 5:00pm for the evening session. The program will end at 12:00pm for the daytime sessions, and 8:30pm for the evening session. Please be prompt when picking up your child.
Any adult with the matching parent sticker will be able to pick up your child.
T-shirts will be available for pick-up on Day 1 of Kids Conference prior to check-in (and day 2 and 3 if previous days were missed, at the Help Desk).
Lunch and dinner will not be provided. For the evening session, please feed your child dinner prior to drop-off. Snacks will be provided at all sessions.

We are committed to providing a safe environment for all children attending Kids Conference and take into consideration allergies and food sensitivities. Therefore, children may only consume the snacks provided to them at Kids Conference, unless prior arrangements are made due to allergies. Please keep all other foods and beverages with you. Children may bring their own water bottle; however, we will provide plenty of water as well!
Please send your child’s Epi Pen in a plastic zip top bag with their first and last name, and allergen written on it to the first day of Kids Conference. Stop by the Help Desk to check-in with the medical team and please give the Epi Pen to your child’s group leader when you drop your child off for the day. Their group leader will keep the Epi Pen with them at all times. Rising 6th graders may keep their labeled Epi Pen in their drawstring bag if trusted.
Please send your child’s rescue inhaler (and spacer, if applicable) in a plastic zip top bag labeled with their first and last name, to the first day of Kids Conference. Stop by the Help Desk to check-in with the medical team and please give the rescue inhaler to your child’s group leader when you drop your child off for the day. Their group leader will keep it with them at all times. Rising 6th graders may keep their labeled rescue inhaler in their drawstring bag if trusted.
We want to support your family with excellence at Kids Conference and want them to enjoy the snacks provided safely. During registration, please indicate any allergies, including food allergies. We will be sending out reminders prior to Kids Conference with extra information such as what snacks will be provided each day. These reminders will also include information on how to send approved snacks to Kids Conference with your child, if needed.
Thank you for understanding that we will not be able to administer any over the counter or prescriptions medications during Kids Conference, except in the case of an Epi Pen or rescue inhaler.
We will have medical personnel on site for assistance with medical needs such as a sick child, bumps/scrapes/bruises, etc. You will be contacted for any emergency medical needs, as well as 911 if appropriate. If your child leaves Kids Conference due to a fever or gastrointestinal illness, they will not be able to return to Kids Conference until they have been free of symptoms for a minimum of 24 hours.
Our team would love for you to serve at Kids Conference! We ask that you be an active participant at Lifepoint Church (serve on the Dream Team, participate in a small group, or tithe) and have a current Background Check on file with us. Please see your campus Kidspoint Director to inquire further details and obtain the sign-up link. After registration and approval, you will be given any necessary training and information for serving.
Kidspoint Ambassadors (or other middle/high school students) may serve by invitation only. This event requires maturity and an ability to self-led, therefore, trusted students will be invited to serve. If you have any questions about this, please see your campus Kidspoint Director.
