What is the adult to student ratio for overnight stay?

There will be one adult for every eight students. All adults serving at this event will be background checked. Adults will not share a room with students, but will monitor rooms and students closely throughout the night.

Students will room together, with four same-gender students in each room. Students will share a bed. Males and females will be on separate floors of the hotel.

What should my student pack? What about his/her medications?

Your student should pack appropriate clothing for the season and a church event. He or she will also need appropriate pajamas and any necessary toiletries. Anything they would typically pack for a one night stay away from home is sufficient. They may also bring and administer their own medications as you see fit.

Is there a driver approval process for those providing transportation?

Yes. All drivers are background checked to ensure they have no major traffic violations on their record.

Why don’t I see the overnight ticket option available when registering my student?

Overnight lodging is only provided for out-of-town campuses. If your student wishes to participate in the overnight portion, he or she can register under one of those campuses, but will also be required to utilize the transportation to and from those campuses for the event.
