Conference FAQ

To help for a safe and smooth experience, please have your child wear his/her conference t-shirt both days, as well as their name tag sticker and wristband. On Monday, be sure to bring your child's signed waiver as well. It would also be great for your child to bring the conference bag they receive at check-in on Monday back with them on Tuesday - this is a great place for them to store things like a water bottle!
To help for a safe and smooth experience, please have your child wear his/her conference t-shirt both days, as well as their name tag sticker and wristband. We also suggest clothes you don't mind getting a little dirty, comfortable shoes, and a light jacket or sweater if they get cold easily.
Just head to the Kidspoint check-in area each morning with your child to securely check him or her in. You do not need to bring your online confirmation with you. Main doors will open as early as 8:00am for check-in, and the auditorium doors will open at 8:30 each day. We have a parking team ready to help with check-out. You will be directed to get in a pick-up line in your car; please don't park or come inside - we will bring your child right to you! Be sure to have your pick-up sticker, equipped with a unique code for your child, with you in the pick-up line. Pick-up begins at 12pm both days and your child must be picked up no later than 12:30pm. If you have an emergency or your authorized pick-up person changes, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at 540-845-7184.
We will serve a snack each day during conference, and we have planned ahead to have allergy-friendly options as well. Please do not pack any extra snacks with your child, but feel free to send him or her with a water bottle of course!
If your child has an Epi Pen or inhaler, please send those items in a ziploc bag with his or her first & last name clearly written on it. Your child's small group leader will take these items and keep them close by for the entire conference. We are not able to administer any other types of medication.
Conference merch is available now at lifepointkidsconmerch.com and is only available online (no physical merch store will be on-site). If ordered before conference, your child will receive his or her merch during Day 1 of the conference. For any items purchased online during conference, those will be available for pick-up at our Fredericksburg location after the conference.
