BUSINESS MANAGER

 

Lifepoint Church is seeking an integrous, reliable and organized person to serve as our Business & Operations Manager. This position serves as the primary Operations representative between Lifepoint Church and its related extensions, which includes Lifepoint College, Lifepoint Holdings, and any other DBAs or subsidiaries controlled by Lifepoint.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate, implement, and monitor annual budget for Lifepoint College.
  • Oversee weekly submission of expense reports/payments for Lifepoint College.
  • Assist in setting annual tuition costs/fees for Lifepoint College.
  • Oversee the collection of tuition/fees for Lifepoint College, to include invoicing and following up with student accounts.
  • Administer student loans from Lifepoint Holdings to Lifepoint College students, to include invoicing and following up with student accounts.
  • Conduct personal budget meetings with Lifepoint College students as-needed.
  • Liaison between Lifepoint College RA, Property Management, and Lifepoint Facilities to coordinate facilities needs at Lifepoint College dorms.
  • Provide administrative support as necessary with regards to contract review, general correspondence, and project status updates for Lifepoint College.
  • Liaison with property management company for leased properties owned by Lifepoint, to include communication, work approvals, accounting reconciliations, and lease terminations/executions.
  • This role may carry duties/responsibilities of Lifepoint’s Finance Department.
  • Other duties as assigned
