LIGHTING DIRECTOR
Lifepoint Church is seeking a creative, passionate individual to serve as the Lighting Director. The Lighting Director oversees the programming and design of lighting for all Lifepoint Church campuses, as well as provide necessary training for the Dream Team. This person is also responsible for preparing LED Wall content for services and events at the broadcast campus.

- Previous experience controlling and operating lighting equipment such as lighting consoles
- Have a working knowledge of all lighting and rigging inventory
- Understanding of DMX and Ethernet-based control systems
- Fundamental understanding of MA2 Lighting consoles and Resolume software

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide creative solutions and lighting designs for Sunday services and events of varying size
- Continually seek to improve and innovate the look of lighting as Lifepoint Church, including front wash, house lights, lobby lighting, and portable church setup
- Develop and create teaching resource for dream team (volunteer) operators
- Design and assist in the execution of new stage designs
- Patch, address, and cable lighting fixtures
- Choose appropriate worship loops for the LED Wall and receiving campuses for Sunday services and events
- Download, convert, and prepare graphic and video files for testing during asset review
- Create and maintain relevant training resources on the production website
- Other duties as assigned
Employment Status
Full Time, 45-50 hours per week, Sunday – Thursday
