On Monday, plan to check-in at the hotel anytime between 4-5:30pm. After that time frame, you will need to pick up your room key at our evening activity.

 

Each room will need a personal credit card on file for incidental charges such as room service or TV purchases. Please stop by the front desk at your convenience if you plan to charge anything to your room.

TUESDAY, MAY 2

 

8:30am – Breakfast outside of the Peacock Ballroom

9:00am – Session 1, Session 2 and Q&A in the Peacock Ballroom

12:30pm – Lunch provided
12:30pm-6:30pm – Down time & dinner at your leisure
6:30pm – Session 3 in the Peacock Ballroom

9:00pm – After Party on the Sky Terrace
